[1.1] Aris Production retains exclusive rights to the sale and distribution of all products listed on this website. Selling, sharing, leaking, or redistributing any assets, including granting resell or co-ownership rights, is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in an immediate blacklist and potential legal action.

[1.2] Unauthorized free releases, asset leaks, or resales will be treated as a violation of our terms. Offenders will be reported, blacklisted, and subject to a DMCA takedown.

[1.3] Claiming ownership, co-ownership, or credit for any Aris Production assets is strictly forbidden. All rights remain with Aris Production.

[1.4] A valid use license is required to access and utilize any assets from Aris Production. Licenses can only be obtained by purchasing directly from our store. Unauthorized use will result in a permanent blacklist.

[1.5] Transferring, gifting, or reselling your license(s) to others without explicit permission from the founder is strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate revocation of access and blacklisting.

[1.6] All purchases from Aris Production are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or product trials. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the product meets their needs before purchasing.

[1.7] Blacklisted users are strictly prohibited from purchasing, using, or accessing any Aris Production assets. Attempts to bypass a blacklist will result in further enforcement actions.

[1.8] If a purchaser integrates Aris Production assets into a game for a group or project and later leaves, the assets must either be removed or purchased again by another active member of the group.

[1.9] Multiple individuals may purchase and use the same product, but exclusive ownership rights are not granted to any single buyer. Products remain the intellectual property of Aris Production.

[2.0] Any attempt to modify or remove Aris Production branding, logos, or product identifiers for the purpose of claiming ownership or reselling assets will result in legal action, including DMCA claims.

By purchasing or using any Aris Production assets, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change at any time, and users are required to comply with the most current version.

Aris Production reserves the right to revoke access to any products at any time without prior notice. We also retain the right to enforce penalties against any individual or group found in violation of these terms.
